The TDWGC uses Blue Golf to sign up for all Tuesday games. Here's how it works:
· All members will sign up as playing from the blue/green combo tees. Members that are playing from the blue tees for 2026 will have their tee selection modified by the pro shop prior to play day.
· The signup period will end on Sunday at noon before Tuesday Play Days. Waiting lists will be managed by the pro shop.
· If you need to cancel your registration, please make every effort to do so before the Sunday noon cutoff. Lateness and no-shows disturb the game structure and take potential tee times from the pro shop, so please be attentive to schedules.
· A link to our TDWGC tournaments available for registration in Blue Golf is here. You may want to save this link as it will always show upcoming tournaments with registration links all in one place
All players will receive an email on Monday afternoon confirming your registration along with rules for the game of the day and other information.
To cancel or make changes after registration is closed on Sunday, contact the pro shop.
Many of you may be unfamiliar with BlueGolf; however, if you have played in any PWGA or NCGA events, then you have used Blue Golf. Here is some additional information on how to access our events via Blue Golf.
Beginning with the 2025 season, The Tahoe Donner Women’s Golf Club (TDWGC) membership directory was loaded from USGA GHIN into Blue Golf. As a result, all TDWGC members should have accounts in Blue Golf that associate their email addresses and mobile phone numbers (if one existed in GHIN) with their Blue Golf profile.
If you are new to Blue Golf, it would be beneficial to login and take look around. Here’s some guidance:
· To access Blue Golf, go here
· If you are already logged in then you will see your initials in a circle in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
· If you are not logged in, then you will see a "Sign in" link in the upper right-hand corner of the page and click it to log in. If you are uncertain about your password, the best option is to reset it.
· Once logged in, a good starting point is to click on your initials in the upper right-hand corner and select "My BlueGolf". You should then be able to see links for your member clubs, tournaments and events, etc.
· You can navigate to the TDWGC events by selecting “Clubs” on the left-hand navigation, selecting TDWGC from your list of clubs, then selecting “Tournaments” within the TDWGC area
· Alternatively, the following direct link will take you to all Tuesday games that are open for registration: Link to TDWGC Golf Events To register for any event, simply click on the "Register" link in the far right-hand column and follow the prompts. If you are asked to login and you are unsure of your credentials, then attempt to reset your password (this is always the best option). If you still encounter problems, please contact your TDWGC contact for assistance.
· If you have registered for an event, and need to cancel, simply login to BlueGolf. The ‘register’ tab will now be seen as ‘withdraw’, which you can select to remove yourself from the Play Day.
For the 2026 season the club will allow eligible members to play from the Blue tees in any event (whenever a scorecard is entered for eclectics). Eligibility is dependent on handicap index in May (those eligible will be contacted - if no response in allotted time, players will use the Combo tees).
The table below shows our planned games for Tuesday Play Days. At this time, the Thursday Play Days are listed as "Just Play Golf". Note that game types are subject to change. Important events, such as Guest Day, Club Championship, etc. are highlighted so you can mark your calendar now for these special events!
